Hartland College has chosen to pursue the accreditation process to provide a path for students to be qualified to work in their particular areas of training, such as teaching and midwifery, and to be able to pursue graduate-level studies.

Accreditation for private schools is conducted by non-government agencies and there are no ties to government funding unless a school intentionally and deliberately applies for those funds. Hartland College will not participate in federal or other governmental student loan programs or other financing programs that would compromise our principles.

In consideration of wise counsel, Hartland College remains committed to carefully and prayerfully evaluating any changes to its educational programs to ensure that the principles in the Bible and Spirit of Prophecy will not be compromised.
