Tuition, Room, and Meal Fees
All single students are required to live on the Hartland College campus. Typical charges for single students taking a normal load (12–18 hours) as of June 13, 2021 – 2022 are as follows:

* Room and board are charged on a school year basis (39 weeks from September to June). Room and board are due for the same period the student is enrolled while living on campus including breaks. For summer break student’s may vacate their room and thus not incur in room and/or meal charges for the summer. If they remain on campus, they will need to pay the pro-rated rate of their stay.
** Populi fee applies while the student is actively enrolled in Hartland College
*** Work Education discount 20% will be applied at the end of every term if the work education requirements are met.
Married students are responsible for finding and maintaining their own housing off campus as no married students’ quarters are available on campus. Charges for married students living off campus and taking a normal load (12–20 credit hours per term):
Students are required to purchase their own medical and dental insurance plans that can be used at a medical/dental facility within 30 miles of Hartland’s campus. These plans cannot have deductibles higher than $500.00 unless a student has that amount of cash on refundable reserve at the business office. Hartland College accepts no responsibility for student health care beyond assistance for minor outpatient care by the campus nurse.
A monthly non-refundable deposit of $20 will be charged to all students to cover deductibles (below $500.00) and medical transportation costs.
