Norbert Restrepo Jr.

Norbert Restrepo Jr. is the president of Hartland Institute. He is originally from Colombia in South America. Norbert came to Hartland after serving 15 years as executive director of Las Delicias Institute, a lay-operated missionary training center in his home country. His responsibilities there included being the lay pastor of the campus church and Bible and health instructor, as well as administrator. Home-schooled and mentored by his parents, Norbert graduated from Las Delicias with two majors, Health Education and Bible Instruction.

Norbert is fluent in English and Spanish. He enjoys speaking on variety of subjects such as, principles of Christian education, the mystery of godliness, prophecy and end-time events, and lastly, the influence of music on the brain.
