Cody Francis

Cody Francis gave his heart to the Lord as a teenager and has been striving to serve Him ever since. He currently works at Hartland Institute Of Health & Education as the Dean of the College. He is also actively involved with the Mission Projects International, doing public evangelism and participating in various missionary efforts. Cody is a member of the Warrengton SDA Chruch in Virginia where he lives with his wife and three young daughters.

Norbert Restrepo Jr.

Norbert Restrepo Jr. is the president of Hartland Institute. He is originally from Colombia in South America. Norbert came to Hartland after serving 15 years as executive director of Las Delicias Institute, a lay-operated missionary training center in his home country. His responsibilities there included being the lay pastor of the campus church and Bible and health instructor, as well as administrator. Home-schooled and mentored by his parents, Norbert graduated from Las Delicias with two majors, Health Education and Bible Instruction.

Diego Silva

Diego Silva graduated from Hartland College in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Evangelism. He served as founding president of Taquara Institute in Brazil from 2006 to 2013. He currently serves as the Religion Department Advisor at Hartland College in Virginia where he lives with his wife and young daughter.

Dr. Colin D. Standish

Dr. Colin D. Standish, President Emeritus of Hartland Institute, is originally from Newcastle, Australia, and served as Hartland’s foundational president for 28 years. He graduated with honors and received his doctorate degree from the University of Sydney in Australia. Dr. Standish has dedicated the last 60 years of his life to Christian education, and has spent an ample amount of his time preaching the Word of God.

Brian Beavers

Brian Beavers is originally from Takoma Park, Maryland. Brian graduated from Hartland College in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Evangelism. He currently serves as the Civics and History teacher at Hartland Elementary School and Day-Academy, and is the Community services Coordinator at Hartland College in Virginia; where he lives with his wife and daughter.
