Just Breathe

Air is vital to our health, and ensuring we have clean air will enhance our quality of life.

Breathing is involuntary, but are we aware of what we are taking in? According to a recent study by the Environmental Protection Agency, polluted air can cause minor discomfort like nasal congestion and hives or more severe health problems such as fatigue, cancer, heart disease, and lung disease. Many overlook their homes as places where polluted air resides. Mold and dampness, pet dander, cleaning products, and various chemicals are just a few culprits. Taking preventative measures such as installing vents, regularly vacuuming and dusting, using eco-friendly cleaning products, and opening the windows can greatly improve the air quality in your home.
