Development Director

Nurtures relationships between Hartland and all of its donors. Must have a high sense of ethics, excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to present Hartland’s vision convincingly. Experience in trust services is preferred.

Hartland College

Academic Dean

Has the primary responsibility for the College and oversees student life, develops programs and services, and provides strategic leadership on academic programs.

Religion Teacher / Major Advisor

Teaches and demonstrates the Christian principles found in the Bible and Spirit of Prophecy in harmony with the Seventh-day Adventist faith. Has a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental beliefs. Has pastoral experience and academic training. Trains students and guides them to be workers for God. Advises students in the religion majors.

Graphic Design / Media Teacher & Advisor

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat and Keynote, and PowerPoint. Understands the fundamentals of graphic design and is able to teach it.

Has an overview of media production, including: audio, video, print and web, and is able to teach in all areas. Advises media major students.

Lifestyle Center

Marketing and Business Development Director

Plans, coordinates, and implements with respect to marketing, business development, public relations, and client services.


Administrative Secretary

Assists the administrators.

Coordinates and organizes administrative responsibilities. Fulfills tasks pertaining to that department.

Vocational Division

Farm Manager

Manages greenhouse, orchard, and field crops of Hartland Farm. Teaches and supervises college students. Oversees farm marketing and interfaces with wholesale and retail customers.

Experienced Industry Leader

Develops and expands businesses for Hartland utilizing the campus resources and training college students.

Plant Services Worker

Has knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and basic construction. Has good problem solving skills and the ability to work alone as well as with others. Supervises and trains students.

Grounds Coordinator

Maintains the appearance of the Institute grounds. Has the ability to work alone as well as with others. Supervises and trains students.
